About the Role

NISH Tech BV is looking for an experienced Senior .NET Developer with Java experience for a project within the Belgian energy sector.

You will work on secure Digital Identity, authentication and authorization solutions used within a critical infrastructure environment. The role involves software development, system integration and collaboration with technical teams.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, test and document software for authentication and authorization.
  • Develop sample applications and code examples for integrating identity services.
  • Develop and configure extensions for access managers, API gateways, reverse proxies and directory services.
  • Support integration with both existing and new applications.
  • Improve CI/CD processes through automation.
  • Work with IT teams to understand technical requirements and solve integration issues.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum activities and sprint planning.
  • Take ownership of assigned development tasks and backlog items.
  • Participate in technical meetings and workshops.
  • Propose, present and validate technical solutions.
  • Learn and apply new technologies and standards when required.

 

Must have requirements

  • 9+ years of relevant professional software development experience.
  • Strong experience with C#, .NET and Java.
  • Experience developing REST APIs and integration services.
  • Good knowledge of REST, JSON and YAML.
  • Experience with JavaScript.
  • Experience with Vue.js and/or Blazor.
  • Experience with LDAP and SQL Server.
  • Good knowledge of OAuth2 and OpenID Connect (OIDC).
  • Understanding of SSO, MFA, HTTPS, cookies and CORS.
  • Understanding of symmetric and asymmetric cryptography.
  • Experience with Kubernetes and AKS.
  • Good knowledge of Git and DevOps.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and document technical solutions.
  • Comfortable presenting technical solutions to technical stakeholders.
