About the Job:

NISH Tech is seeking an experienced Cyber Security Project Manager to lead IAM and Active Directory security initiatives within a large enterprise environment in Belgium. This onsite role requires strong project leadership, stakeholder management, and expertise in cybersecurity governance aligned with NIST/ISO standards. The ideal candidate will combine technical security expertise with excellent stakeholder management to drive secure, compliant, and resilient identity environments.

Duration: 1+ Years
Language Requirement: English + Local Language (Dutch/French preferred)

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead IAM / Active Directory related cybersecurity workstreams end-to-end
  • Manage delivery across onshore–offshore teams ensuring timelines and quality
  • Ensure adherence to Cyber Project Startup & Assurance processes
  • Track progress, risks, and dependencies across multiple security initiatives

Security Governance

  • Drive cybersecurity activities aligned with NIST and ISO frameworks
  • Coordinate security maturity assessments and remediation tracking
  • Ensure compliance with Group Cybersecurity Policies and client standards
  • Maintain governance reporting and audit readiness

Identity & AD Security Oversight

  • Provide guidance and challenge architects and engineers on:
    • Active Directory hardening strategies
    • Privileged Access Management (PAM) models
    • Identity attack surface reduction techniques
  • Ensure disaster recovery, resilience, and backup strategies are defined and tested
  • Oversee implementation of secure identity architectures and controls

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for cybersecurity delivery topics
  • Engage with client stakeholders at technical and executive levels
  • Provide clear reporting on risks, progress, and security posture
  • Support pre-sales activities, proposals, and demand shaping when required

Mandatory Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in cybersecurity project or program management
  • Strong understanding of IAM and Active Directory security
  • Experience in governance, risk, and compliance (GRC)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working in large enterprise environments
  • Ability to manage distributed/global teams

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to Microsoft Identity ecosystem (Azure AD, Entra ID, etc.)
  • Relevant cybersecurity or project management certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, PMP, PRINCE2)
