IT Recruiter – 1 to 3 Years

• Finding the right candidates requires proactive effort, not just waiting for applications to roll in. Much of your time will be dedicated to sourcing talent through various channels, such as job boards, career fairs, networking events, social media, and referral campaigns.
• You’ll focus on building and maintaining a robust network of IT professionals, including IT support specialists, IT infrastructure project managers, IT infrastructure architects, and engineers in network, security, systems, and cloud domains.
• As the recruiter, you will oversee the entire recruitment process—from screening and interviewing candidates to organizing technical assessments. Once you identify the perfect fit, you’ll manage rate negotiations or develop comprehensive salary packages.
• Beyond recruitment, you’ll contribute to initiatives, projects, and events designed to enhance operations and attract top talent creatively.
• In short, we’re seeking a proactive and versatile recruiter who can think creatively and collaborate with the team to achieve ambitious goals.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: At least 3 years of relevant recruitment experience, or a strong technical background with a desire to transition into recruitment.
• Education: A bachelor’s or master’s degree, or equivalent experience.
• Skills: Driven, independent, results-oriented, and a go-getter with a proactive mindset.
• Languages: Fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus, but not mandatory).
• Flexibility: Able to work from the Zaventam office four days per week while benefiting from a flexible work-from-home policy.
